We are seeking an experienced IT leader to fill the role of Vice President, IT Applications. They will be responsible for leading and transforming our comprehensive enterprise-wide applications portfolio, including store applications, data analytics, supply chain, finance, and HR systems. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, implementing robust processes, managing change effectively, and ensuring IT applications deliver maximum value to the business. The VP will manage all IT application teams, coordinating between onshore and offshore resources to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. This position will report to the CIO.

As Vice President, IT Applications, you will:
Lead strategic planning, design, and implementation of all enterprise application systems, including store applications, supply chain, finance, HR, and data and analytics.
Drive continuous improvement by introducing and managing effective business processes aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead significant change management efforts to optimize application systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that meet strategic business needs.
Lead the advancement and strategic integration of data and analytics capabilities to drive actionable insights and support business growth, including oversight of data integrity, quality, and governance.
Ensure compliance, security, and operational effectiveness across all managed IT application systems.
Manage relationships and performance of both onshore and offshore teams, emphasizing clear communication, productivity, and collaboration.
Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track the effectiveness of applications and project implementations.
Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise applications, demonstrating strong fiscal management and accountability.
Mentor and develop direct reports and broader IT application teams, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
Lead the transformation of our application portfolio to effectively meet current and future business needs.
Implement best practices for application development and champion the transition towards an agile methodology to enhance flexibility and responsiveness.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, specifically managing comprehensive enterprise-wide application portfolios including store systems.
Proven history in implementing and improving processes, managing significant organizational change, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise systems across store operations, supply chain, finance, HR, and analytics.
Extensive experience leading both onshore and offshore technology teams.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with firsthand operational execution.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing complex budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
