We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP of Product Marketing in the medical manufacturing industry This position is based in Malvern, PA. As a VP Marketing, you will be tasked with managing product marketing strategies, including product positioning and lifecycle, and product branding.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and execution of product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product adoption
Lead with product management team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer personas
Understand and stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all teams are on board and deadlines are met
Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and market demand
Manage budget processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and increased profitability
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our products
Provide training to the team on the product portfolio and market strategies
Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement in the marketing department.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry
Demonstrable skills in Campaign Planning and execution
Proficiency in Product Marketing and ability to align it with business goals
Strong background in Product Management, including lifecycle planning and strategy development
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in the latest marketing technologies and tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, a Master's degree is preferred
Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and market conditions
