We are looking for a full-time, in-person Vice President of Customer Sales located in Hurricane, Utah. The VP of Customer Sales will be responsible for managing highly productive team members that can generate a high sales volume, retaining loyal and lifelong customers.

We are looking for a full-time, in-person Vice President of Customer Sales located in Hurricane, Utah. The VP of Customer Sales will be responsible for managing highly productive team members that can generate a high sales volume, retaining loyal and lifelong customers.
What you will do:
- Create campaigns and project briefs to increase customer sales and retention
- Ensure all Balance of Nature customers are provided the best service possible
- Ensure we are reactivating as many customers as possible
- Confirm all promotional products are of high standard and accurately represent Balance of Nature
- Work to create an accurate, up-to-date database
- Have all promotions planned 6-12 months in advance
- Review statistics on past marketing campaigns and see where improvements can be made
- Oversee that all departments are producing and hitting assigned quotas
- Verify that box designs are current
- Verify that phone calls are being routed correctly and functioning for each section
- Create new organizations and policies to grow Division 2 effectively
- Review training programs for onboarding of Division 2 agents
- Confirm that the customer database is creating high-quality data utilization lists
- Confirm the Promotion and Marketing team have automated customer flows for PC, Canceled, Retail, Holds, and Declined customers
- Manage budgets and reallocate funds as needed to improve business efficiency

- Experience with email and Amazon conversion marketing
- Ability to use Klaviyo effectively
- Ability to create programs and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with every position under their supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Create high emotional tone in others
- Uphold standards, policies, quotas, and expectations without compromise
- Professional in appearance and interactions with others
What you must bring:
- Willingness to learn
- Strong executive skills
- 1+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Marketing experience, focusing on business to consumer model
- Proficiency with Quickbooks, Revver, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
