Role at a Glance:

This is a pure performance role where marketing innovation and execution directly impact company success. We're seeking a revenue-focused marketing leader to own our complete demand generation strategy, drive pipeline and revenue growth, and scale a high-performance marketing operation. This isn't a traditional marketing role focused on brand building or creative direction-it's a strategic leadership position responsible for generating 50% of the company's pipeline and revenue.

As a key member of the executive team, you will participate in and influence critical business strategy discussions, shaping our growth trajectory. You'll have full autonomy to build, optimize, and scale our demand generation machine, with direct accountability for pipeline acceleration. Success is measured in pipeline created and revenue generated.

This role demands a proven track record of connecting marketing spend to revenue results, thriving on the challenge of maintaining exceptional unit economics while pursuing aggressive growth targets. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer acquisition payback periods remain under 12 months, balancing scalable marketing investments with strong revenue impact.

Whether you've been the strategic force behind successful marketing leaders or have led teams before and are ready for your next growth challenge, this role offers full ownership in driving a comprehensive demand generation engine.

What You'll Do:
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Own 50%+ of company revenue pipeline, driving 15-20% QoQ growth through multi-channel demand generation.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Execution: Manage and optimize demand programs across:
    • Paid Search
    • SEO
    • Email
  • Marketing Operations & AI-Powered Automation:
    • Own HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation, optimizing lead scoring, routing, workflows, and segmentation.
    • Implement AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize conversion rates and pipeline acceleration.
    • Ensure multi-touch attribution modeling and full-funnel data transparency for revenue impact tracking.
  • Collaboration & Alignment with RevOps & MDR Teams:
    • Work closely with RevOps to improve forecasting, attribution, and campaign ROI measurement.
    • Align MDR team on lead qualification, engagement, and conversion strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Scaling & Leadership:
    • Foster a marketing culture where AI, predictive analytics, and automation aren't just tools, but competitive advantages, enabling the team to uncover untapped opportunities, optimize campaigns in real-time, and drive hyper-efficient pipeline acceleration.
    • Transform demand generation into an intelligent, self-optimizing growth engine-one that continuously learns, adapts, and scales through AI-driven insights. If you've built and executed AI-powered marketing systems before, that's a major plus.
    • Be a self-learner and AI evangelist, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible-testing, iterating, and redefining demand gen to drive exponential growth.
    • Challenge traditional marketing playbooks -think beyond conventional demand gen tactics, using AI to anticipate market shifts, personalize engagement at scale, and disrupt how B2B SaaS acquires and converts customers.
    • Drive revenue impact at scale -not just by optimizing processes but by redefining how AI-powered marketing fuels go-to-market expansion, investment decisions, and Paystand's path to IPO.

Requirements:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/ Fintech demand generation, growth marketing, and revenue marketing.
  • Proven Efficiency in Customer Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to achieve customer acquisition payback periods
  • Mid-Market Expertise: Extensive experience in high-velocity, mid- market companies, with a deep understanding of scaling demand generation in this segment.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Ownership: Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue in a post-Series C+ SaaS company.
  • Marketing Program Scaling: Experience scaling marketing programs from $1M to $5M+ while maintaining strong unit economics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong experience in pipeline forecasting and full- funnel analytics.
  • Innovative Channel Development: Ability to identify, test, and scale new marketing channels that drive predictable, repeatable growth.

  • Growth-Focused: Track record of delivering 15-20% QoQ revenue growth through innovative demand strategies.
