About the Role

ROLLER is scaling fast-and our internal systems must do more than keep up. We're at the start of a critical journey to connect data silos, reduce friction, and build a data-informed, automation-first culture.

We're looking for a VP of Enterprise Systems & IT who can make things work-practically, pragmatically, and at pace. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of our core systems, Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee, HiBob, Lattice, and internal data platforms (BigQuery & Looker) - and partner with all departments to scale operations and create leverage. You'll also oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring our global team stays secure, connected, and productive.

You won't just keep the lights on-you'll design the operating system of a modern SaaS company. You'll connect the dots, reduce the noise, and power the systems that help our team win.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Systems Strategy:
  • Own and evolve our enterprise stack:
    • Pre & Post Sales - Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ),
    • Finance - NetSuite, Chargebee, Aleph
    • HR - HiBob & Lattice
    • Data platforms - BigQuery, Looker & HiTouch
  • Architect scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that support core business workflows (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire).
  • Design systems with scale and change in mind, ensuring we can grow to $200M+ ARR without breaking what works.
  • Own and evolve our systems roadmap-prioritizing what drives efficiency, insight, and execution speed.

Cross-functional Partnership, Enablement & Execution:
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders-translating operational challenges into scalable tech solutions that deliver meaningful impact.
  • Identify and eliminate manual work through automation, integration, and smarter processes.
  • Champion and deploy GenAI and low-code tools to accelerate execution and improve visibility.
  • Lead the integration of productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Jira) to ensure teams have the tools they need to move fast.
  • Own data quality and system integrity across teams-supporting our evolution toward a data-informed culture.
  • Drive and manage cross-functional project execution-from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring accountability, clarity, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead change management and user enablement to ensure adoption and ROI of new systems and processes.

Day-to-Day IT Operations:
  • Oversee internal IT support for our global team, including:
    • Office IT setup and management
    • Employee devices (procurement, setup, support, lifecycle)
    • Identity and access management (SSO, provisioning/de-provisioning)
    • Productivity tools administration and support (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian suite)
    • Security posture and incident response in collaboration with InfoSec
    • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and support remote/hybrid work at scale.

Team & Vendor Management:
  • Lead and grow a small, high-performing team across business systems, IT operations, and internal tooling.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party implementation partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize our tech stack for cost-efficiency, performance, and fit for scale.
  • Partner with Product and Legal to ensure systems and vendors meet our compliance and risk standards.

About You
  • 5+ years owning and operating Salesforce and NetSuite in SaaS or high-growth organizations.
  • Deep experience with subscription billing, revenue recognition, and data warehousing.
  • Strong experience managing internal IT operations, including office IT, employee devices, and security protocols.
  • Track record of implementing automation, integrations, and system improvements that drive scale and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with system architecture, data governance, and cross-system reporting.
  • Comfortable working across teams and disciplines, and can ruthlessly prioritise what moves the needle.
  • Experience using GenAI, automation, and workflow tools to drive leverage and speed.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and rigorous prioritization..
  • Bonus: Experience scaling systems and teams from $20M to $100M+ ARR.

Perks!
  • You'll get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry! Check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (that is 4 additional days of leave that we all take off together as a team to rest and recuperate)
  • Engage in our 'Vibe Tribe' - led by our team members; you can contribute to company-wide initiatives directly. Regular events and social activities, fundraising & cause-related campaigns...you name it. We're willing to make it happen!
  • Team Member Assistance Program to proactively support our team's health and wellbeing - access to coaching, education modules, weekly webinars, and more.
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary carers.
  • Work with a driven, fun, and switched-on team that likes to raise the bar in all we do!
  • Individual learning & development budget plus genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand!
