JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Facilities & Engineering will oversee all Maintenance and Engineering for the corporation. This position ensures we are using all necessary tools and resources for efficient operations, actively partnering with internal and external teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Oversee a multi-site team of leaders and individual contributors in maintenance and engineering to ensure efficient, consistently successful operations.
• Serve as a technical expert and coordinate with internal and external teams for site utility needs.
• Engage in process evaluation and improvement with the operations team.
• Support safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee costs and budgeting for facilities, equipment, and projects.
• Champion short- and long-term planning for infrastructure and organizational growth.
• Identify tools and resources needed for the success of internal teams, including training programs, software utilization, and KPIs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field. Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. Protein experience preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Software proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel.
