As we continue to grow, we seek a strategic and hands-on Vice President of IT to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation.

Position Overview: The VP of IT will be responsible for developing and executing the company's IT strategy, ensuring technology aligns with business goals. This leader will oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and data management while driving innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling IT operations in a high-growth, multi-location environment, preferably within the home services or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, including infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity professionals.
Oversee enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, and other core business applications to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Enhance data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks to protect customer and company data.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to optimize cost and performance.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and customer experience technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and IT best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to support business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant master's degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
Experience in the home services industry, field service management, or a related multi-location business is a plus.
Proven track record of leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations.
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
