About the role: You will be a strategic leader within the Growth Team, responsible for shaping and executing Betty.ca's marketing strategy across brand, organic growth, out-of-home advertising, public relations, and partnerships. This role is pivotal in evolving our brand presence, amplifying customer loyalty, and unlocking new opportunities to build long-term value. While performance marketing is handled by a separate department, the ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of it to ensure cohesive, cross-channel strategies.

About the role: You will be a strategic leader within the Growth Team, responsible for shaping and executing Betty.ca's marketing strategy across brand, organic growth, out-of-home advertising, public relations, and partnerships. This role is pivotal in evolving our brand presence, amplifying customer loyalty, and unlocking new opportunities to build long-term value. While performance marketing is handled by a separate department, the ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of it to ensure cohesive, cross-channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Betty.ca's brand narrative, ensuring alignment with our core promises and unique market positioning.
- Develop and execute social strategies to build brand engagement and foster a loyal community.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Identify, negotiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand customer reach.
- Plan, execute, and oversee impactful OOH campaigns that build brand awareness and connect with target audiences.
- Develop PR strategies, foster media relationships, and secure coverage to amplify Betty.ca's brand voice and visibility.
- Lead event marketing efforts, including sponsorship opportunities, to create memorable brand experiences and deepen customer connections.
- Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and analyze performance to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey across channels.
- Leverage data and research to inform decision-making, continuously refining strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving brand growth and customer engagement through organic and partnership-driven strategies.
- Hands-on experience with partnership development, PR strategy, event marketing, out-of-home, influencer relations, and community building.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, organic traffic, and advertising.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Experience in the online gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce industries is an asset.
