VP of Operations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of our client's operations division
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, providing expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems
• Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational processes and resource utilization.
• Ensure departmental decisions and project plans align with the organization's business plan and vision, covering areas such as staffing, development, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities
• Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in upper management
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Possess an analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve problems
