Essential Duties:
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans for the parts, service, and used sales operations departments.
- Utilize the continuous improvement coordinator to design and implement systems to improve operational workflows and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and their teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, addressing variances promptly.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Work closely with other Core functions to optimize operations.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to avoid them.
- Collaborate companywide and bring awareness, accountability, and process to safety culture.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with 5+ years senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.
Physical Environments:
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and other basic office equipment.
- The noise level is quiet to moderate at times in an office setting with sitting and/or standing.
