Job Summary: Oversee the daily operations of multiple profit centers ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all business functions. While developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, streamlining processes, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Essential Duties:
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans for the parts, service, and used sales operations departments.
  • Utilize the continuous improvement coordinator to design and implement systems to improve operational workflows and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and their teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, addressing variances promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with other Core functions to optimize operations.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to avoid them.
  • Collaborate companywide and bring awareness, accountability, and process to safety culture.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with 5+ years senior leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.

Physical Environments:
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and other basic office equipment.
  • The noise level is quiet to moderate at times in an office setting with sitting and/or standing.
