Summary:
Provide overall vision, planning, direction and control in order to meet or exceed operational and financial goals. Ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards and strive for complete Customer Satisfaction with all internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
Retain 100% of Customers
Meet budgeted projected Gross Profit
Contract Administration
Maintain Sales Goals of Top 20 clients
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting with the development of long range and annual plans and the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
Hire, train, develop and retain the best management team
Build key relationships internally and externally
Organize, direct and control operational activities, so as to achieve specified cost and profit objectives and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications
Confer and report to SVP required reporting data
Manage job costing
Develop and use operational budget to monitor and control account costs
Monitor customer complaint processing
Periodic building inspections
Ensure 'Best Practices' are utilized
Continuous Improvement of policies and procedures
Develop and manage the goals and timelines of the tactical plan
Skills/Qualifications:
5-10 years' Facility Management/Maintenance related experience
Effective Communication Skills - Both written and verbal
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Networking Skills - Ability to create warm and friendly relationships with clients/peers
Customer Focus - Staying in tune with customer expectations about quality and service
Quality Improvement - Emphasizing high quality and taking action to improve
Efficiency - Using time and resources efficiently on
Problem Solving - Assessing the problem and finding
Accountability - Personally exemplifying responsible and honest behavior
Strong experience using Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment
Various work environments including commercial or industrial properties and office buildings. Driving between accounts may be required.
