Position Overview: The firm is seeking an experienced Vice President of Resolution Planning to lead our resolution planning initiatives. This role is critical in developing and maintaining comprehensive resolution plans to ensure the firm's resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Development: Lead the development and maintenance of resolution plans, including the identification of material legal entities, core business lines, and critical operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential resolution scenarios and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to integrate resolution planning into business processes.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
Governance: Manage governance forums and steering committees related to resolution planning.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in resolution planning, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk assessment methodologies.
