Our fast-paced and collaborative Global Marketing team is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Content & Product Marketing to build on our momentum, accelerate our market influence, and drive performance across the marketing funnel.

As we continue to scale globally, we need an agile, data-driven marketing leader to unify and elevate our product marketing, analyst relations, content, creative, and PR efforts. About the Role

This is not your typical marketing leadership role. As Vice President, Content & Product Marketing, you will lead the full spectrum of strategic marketing functions, from market positioning to go-to-market execution, across a portfolio of 96+ global products. You'll shape Aptean's brand voice, amplify our industry authority, and enable global growth through a deeply integrated, insight-led approach.

You will:
  • Lead and integrate Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Content, Creative, Social, PR, and Communications into a unified global strategy
  • Build and operationalize differentiated messaging for industry-specific ERP solutions across multiple verticals and geographies
  • Drive analyst engagement and elevate Aptean's recognition across major reports (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.)
  • Oversee content and creative development to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling and engagement
  • Optimize global go-to-market (GTM) plans through win/loss insights, funnel analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, and persona-based strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to drive pipeline impact and customer acquisition
  • Lead and coach a high-performing, global team
About You

You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments. You have a passion for messaging that moves markets and a talent for scaling global teams. You combine left-brain analytical rigor with right-brain creativity to align cross-functional teams, guide executive stakeholders, and inspire customers.

You must also be:
  • A seasoned B2B marketing leader with 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Highly experienced in leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams (Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Content, PR, Creative, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment with high expectations for growth and execution
  • Skilled in crafting and operationalizing GTM strategies, market segmentation, and customer journey mapping
  • An exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Adept at building marketing strategies informed by data (TAM/SAM/SOM, win/loss, funnel analytics)
  • Experienced in working across global teams and diverse markets
