Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution - Design and implement a scalable sales strategy that amplifies Zoom Casa's direct sales model, focusing on referral partner acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Partner Network Growth - Expand and manage a nationwide network of referral partners (real estate agents, mortgage lenders, etc.), driving consistent lead flow and conversion for Cash Offer+.
- Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. Oversee sales managers and reps to hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Revenue Ownership - Own the sales P&L, setting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals tied to Cash Offer+ adoption and partner performance.
- Training & Enablement - Develop tools, scripts, and training programs to equip referral partners and internal sales staff with the skills to pitch Cash Offer+ effectively.
- Market Insights - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings based on partner feedback and homeowner needs.
- Performance Metrics - Establish KPIs (e.g., partner sign-ups, deal volume, close rates) and use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and partner engagement.
- Relationship Building - Act as the face of Zoom Casa's sales efforts, cultivating strategic relationships with top-tier referral partners and industry influencers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior sales role-preferably in residential real estate, fintech, or a direct sales-driven business.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment, with demonstrated success hitting $10M+ annual net revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, including experience working with agents, lenders, or homeowners directly.
- Expertise in direct sales or partner/channel sales models; familiarity with referral-based or MLM-style structures is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to inspire and coach independent sales reps and partners, driving performance without micromanagement.
- Strong analytical skills-comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset-thrives in ambiguity and eager to shape a disruptive product like Cash Offer+.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience working with referral-based sales models or multi-level marketing structures.
- Strong industry connections within residential real estate, mortgage lending, or related sectors.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
