Job Title: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Location: Richmond, VA (with regional travel days and occasional out-of-state travel)
Reports To: Founder

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic executive to oversee and drive sales across both current and emerging markets. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, build strategic partnerships, and spearhead our Veterans Affairs marketing initiative-a critical area of focus for our future growth. You will also lead a high-performing team of Sales and Marketing professionals, ensuring consistency in our brand messaging and excellence in client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership:
  • Report to and collaborate directly with the Founder: Set growth targets and establish measurable objectives that drive overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO: Partner with the CEO to align on the company's strategic goals and ensure operational smoothness across all functions.
  • Market Expansion & Relationship Building:
  • Forge and maintain robust partnerships with local senior living communities, healthcare professionals, Veterans Affairs contacts, and other key referral sources to drive client acquisition.
  • Develop targeted initiatives to penetrate new markets, with a strong emphasis on our Veterans Affairs program.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
  • Lead a diverse range of marketing campaigns-including digital campaigns, social media outreach, event marketing, and traditional advertising-to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize our CRM, Hubspot, to track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales activities, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales and Marketing professionals across various regions.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment that aligns independent initiative with our overall business goals.


Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within the healthcare or senior care sectors.
  • Strong experience in developing strategic partnerships and expanding into new markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with digital marketing teams; while expertise in digital marketing is beneficial, you will work alongside specialists in that area.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn and master our CRM system (Hubspot) and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and travel regionally, with occasional out-of-state commitments.
