We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) of Sales to lead our sales efforts in New York for a leading Fintech SaaS provider specializing in technology data solutions. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee and grow a high-performing sales team while driving revenue and market expansion within the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team of 12 Account Executives (AEs) and 3 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), setting clear goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for fintech SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance the company's market position.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success in selling fintech technology data solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams, including AEs and BDRs.
- Deep understanding of fintech industry trends, technology data solutions, and SaaS sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
