WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Underwrites credit exposure for the most complex and largest credit relationships and circumstances and actively manages a Middle Market Banking portfolio within the Senior Care / Skilled Nursing segment.
  • Includes day-to-day client interaction, managing portfolio risk and adheres to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Early identification of emerging credit problems and industry trends.
  • Leads the entire commercial underwriting process both internally and externally with prospects and clients.
  • Underwrites, structures, and documents all prospect and client transactions.
  • Independently runs the most complex deals and largest credit relationships.
  • Accountable for and manages assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and following through for remediation
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Finance or related field and at least 7+years of related training and experience in commercial credit analysis.
  • Mastery level proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid written/verbal communication are essential.
  • Sound credit skills essential.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
