The VP of Revenue will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading both Sales and Customer Success functions. This senior leader will build and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy that optimizes customer acquisition, expansion, and retention to scale Connect&GO from $10M to $25M+ ARR.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Revenue will ensure alignment between sales, customer success, and marketing to maximize customer lifetime value and market share. The role requires a data-driven, strategic leader with deep expertise in SaaS enterprise sales, revenue operations, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, revenue leadership, or customer success with a proven track record of scaling from $10M to $25M+ ARR.
Proven ability to build, scale, and lead revenue-focused teams (Sales & CX).
Experience with contract negotiation, complex deal structuring, and enterprise sales.
Strong data-driven mindset, with expertise in forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline management.
Leverage tools like HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Lattice, and Office 365 to enhance performance.
Track record of driving retention, customer expansion, and upsell/cross-sell revenue.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
Nice to Have
+ Experience in the attractions, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ Experience leading GTM strategy execution across North America and EMEA.
Total Compensation: up to $300K
Note that this is composed of a fixed base salary plus a performance-driven variable component.
Montreal pay range
$160,000-$200,000 CAD

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy to drive both new customer acquisition and expansion revenue.
- Define and implement revenue operations, including pipeline development, forecasting, pricing & packaging strategies, and retention tactics.
- Establish and monitor key revenue KPIs, ensuring revenue predictability and scalability.
- Identify and implement process improvements across sales and customer success to drive efficiency and impact.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new verticals and geographic markets, leveraging direct sales, partnerships, and channel programs.
- Optimize our sales cycle time by refining our strategy within the GTM teams.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and optimize the sales team, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Engineers.
- Drive high-value deal execution, assisting AEs in closing strategic opportunities.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, compensation models, and playbooks.
- Align closely with Marketing to ensure demand generation efforts drive qualified pipeline.
- Oversee the partnership strategy to develop strong referral and reseller programs.
- Own forecasting, goal setting, and reporting on sales performance and pipeline health.
- Conduct market analysis & competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure the effective use of CRM & analytics tools to optimize sales efficiency.
- Leverage data to identify new revenue streams and areas for optimization.
Customer Success & Retention
- Oversee the Customer Success team, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and expansion, driving upsells and cross-sells.
Implement customer health score tracking, identifying risks early and proactively mitigating churn.
- Develop and execute a customer advocacy & referral program to fuel growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term success with Connect&GO.
People Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales & customer success team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to drive excellence.
- Establish a results-driven culture, ensuring team members are accountable for hitting key metrics.
- Align teams to quarterly OKRs and strategic business objectives.
- Model positive energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Execution
- Partner with Marketing to align sales efforts with demand generation & brand awareness strategies.
- Work with Product & Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
- Align with Finance on revenue forecasting, pricing, business cases and resource allocation.
- Drive internal change management initiatives to improve scalability & efficiency.
