Primary Purpose:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all compensation, benefits strategy, rewards and recognition programs. Advise CEO and EVP HR and work for the Board's Compensation and Benefits Committees. Serves as a key member of the HR leadership team and will report directly to the EVP Human Resources to provide strategic vision and leadership for the design, development, and administration of our programs.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all compensation, benefits strategy, rewards and recognition programs. Serves as a key member of the HR leadership team and will report directly to the EVP Human Resources to provide strategic vision and leadership for the design, development, and administration of our programs.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary resource for designing and implementing Total Rewards programs that are aligned and integrated with business plans/needs to enhance the Company's talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Drive team culture of compliance, accuracy and efficiency for total rewards including security, privacy, stock compensation, benefits, and proxy filings. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to achieve objectives.
- Develop and/or recommend operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
- Establish vision for total rewards to drive pay for performance philosophy.
- Advise business on market trends and make recommendations to maintain competitiveness as well as internal equity.
- Partner with HR Leadership to build advice and influence business leaders and employee experience including integrations.
- Communicate effectively with management and all associates regarding compensation programs and benefits plans and related questions and issues.
- Maintain global job architecture and incentive plan structures that integrate with talent management system and ensure alignment of company goals to compensation philosophy.
- Align executive compensation structure with the market.
- Lead the Benefits Committee with oversight of design, implementation and quality management for U.S. health, welfare, and disability benefits plans, including analysis of plans, program compliance, cost effectiveness and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Talent Management to build and align purpose as a key component of our employment value proposition contributing to employee recommitment and engagement.
- Partner with HR Leadership to build, advise, and influence business leader total rewards and employee experience.
- Stay up to date on and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations including ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA and ACA.
- Design and direct the work of the functional area. Select, coach, and develop the team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate the team. Manage organizational talent through performance management, succession planning, and development. Design and direct processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered, and performance is systematically improved.
- May have oversight for the payroll and/or HRIS functions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, HR or other related field.
Work Experience:
- Fifteen (15) years progressive HR experience in compensation and benefits.
- Seven (7) years' leadership responsibility
- Five (5) years' experience leading a self-insured benefits plan.
- Experience with M&A and integration.
- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Proven attention to detail, analytical abilities, consistent follow-through, and strong project management and communication skills.
- Superior planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional and engaging presentation and verbal communication skills
- Strong and concise written skills.

- Expert Level Experience with team building and leadership skills.

Education
- Master's degree

- Two (2) years managing HRIS.
- Two (2) years overseeing payroll.
