At Ingram Micro, we power the world's technology - and we're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our dynamic 2nd shift warehouse operations at our Mira Loma, CA facility. This is a fully automated distribution center (without ASRS), where innovation meets execution. Your Role:

As the 2nd Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse activities including inventory control, shipping, receiving, space utilization, and equipment maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in achieving operational KPIs, driving lean process improvements, managing P&L performance, and leading a team through servant leadership and continuous development.

You'll collaborate across departments, influence best practices, and optimize staffing models and workflows to ensure our operations run like clockwork.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop a team of professional and hourly associates, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage financials including P&L responsibility, staffing forecasts, labor cost controls, and operational budgets.
  • Drive operational KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, space optimization, and productivity.
  • Apply lean principles to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements.
  • Create robust training and development plans to strengthen team capabilities and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to innovate and problem-solve operational challenges.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of P&L management, staffing analysis, and financial planning.
  • Strong understanding and application of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership style focused on team growth, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Ability to adapt plans and priorities quickly to meet operational needs.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,000.00 - $158,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
