This position may be entitled to a $250.00 pay differential per month based on Bargaining Unit and work location if hired to report to the Richmond Office in Contra Costa County.

This impactful position may be headquartered either in the Downtown Santa Rosa Office (50 D Street, Suite 200, Santa Rosa, CA 95404) or in the LEED-Certified Richmond Office (850 Marina Bay Parkway, Bldg P, 2nd Floor, Richmond, CA 94804). - Knowledge of and/or experience in technical design, plan review, construction inspection, and report preparation for domestic/potable water, industrial/wastewater, and/or recycled/reuse water systems.
- Knowledge of and/or experience conducting effective field investigations.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with drinking water statutes and regulations, such as the Safe Drinking Water Act.
- Effective written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in providing customer service and developing collaborative relationships.
- Good attention to details with ability to follow instructions and directions with minimal error.
- Working knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with performing engineering evaluations and related technical research as well as preparing technical reports
- Ability to work independently, organize/set priorities, and meet deadlines.
