Water Resources Engineer

Job Description
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Resources Engineer to their Naperville Team!

Responsibilities:

• Work with municipal clients
• Analysis and design of Stormwater facilities, urban flooding, mitigation, storm sewers , detention facilities, steambank restoration and naturalized areas
• Use technical expertise to develop Hydrologic and Hydraulic models of municipal storm sewer, combined sewer, and sanitary collection systems
• Technical Lead for Drainage Studies/Stormwater Masterplans and Open Channel Analysis
• Perform applicable quality control
• Maintain QA/QC standards
• Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Master's degree in water resources engineering preferred
• 8+ years of modeling collection systems experience
• PE License
• Expert in hydrology and hydraulics and H&H modeling (SWMM, ICM, HEC)

Salary is commensurate with experience.
