Position Summary:
The Sr. Wealth Relationship Manager at Camden National Wealth Management is responsible for the overall client experience from intake and financial planning through the annual administration and servicing of accounts. This role develops and maintains a thorough understanding of clients' goals and objectives, provides comprehensive planning advice and follow through, delivers complex estate, retirement and tax plans for individual and institutional clients, and serves as the primary point of contact for the delivery of exceptional advice and experience to each client relationship.

Position Summary:
The Sr. Wealth Relationship Manager at Camden National Wealth Management is responsible for the overall client experience from intake and financial planning through the annual administration and servicing of accounts. This role develops and maintains a thorough understanding of clients' goals and objectives, provides comprehensive planning advice and follow through, delivers complex estate, retirement and tax plans for individual and institutional clients, and serves as the primary point of contact for the delivery of exceptional advice and experience to each client relationship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive plan development with each client, including thorough interviews with clients to identify gaps between their current circumstances and where they need to be.
- Financial Planning using financial planning software
- Administrative reviews
- Proactively manage client accounts to meet client experience delivery model requirements, including initiating regular contact with clients, prompt response to client requests
- Meet with clients at least semi-annually and lead meeting preparation process with attention to advice delivery, follow up and file documentation
- Collaborate/communicate seamlessly with Portfolio Managers and administrative team members to ensure all internal parties have the information needed to support the client, serving as the lead client team member.
- Ensure client documentation is current with changing circumstances, including items such as powers of attorney, beneficiary designations , entity corporate authorities
- Represent CNWM in the community.
- Introduce and educate clients on diverse range of CNB products.
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and regulations and emphasizes and contributes to strong compliance, risk management and control environment.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Tax Planning
- Member of Trust Administration Committee (TAC)-May have Voting member responsibilities.
- Oversee Trust Administration and adhere to individual trust terms. Bring a depth and breadth of knowledge in interpreting complex estate plan documents.
- Actively lead new business generation, expanding existing relationships, and developing new relationships. Achieve annual recurring revenue goals as prescribed by Business Unit Head.
- Leadership collaboration with the commercial and retail teams at CNB to support referrals both to and from the Bank. Develop a robust COI network with active referral activity.
- Serve as a leader in the business unit's and company's commitment to achieving our vision.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 10 years of related client facing advisory experience and/or training in the financial services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD), Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) or CPA designation(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior investment experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- The highest level of customer service skill is required coupled with the ability to handle competing priorities and individuals with diplomacy and tact
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently
- Attention to detail is necessary to maintain the highest level of accuracy

- Maintain a level of discretion and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive customer information.
- Availability to travel to client meetings as needed
