Hybrid - Toronto
Are you a WorkForce Software (WFS) expert with a passion for implementing complex solutions in dynamic environments? We're on the hunt for a Senior Configuration Specialist to join an exciting long-term project in Toronto, with a flexible hybrid model: 2 days onsite + 3 days remote.
Key Highlights:
Lead design and technical development of the WorkForce Software Cloud Solution
Configure and test complex business rules for Time & Attendance, Absences, and Advanced Scheduling
Support solution testing, integration, and training
Work with public sector unionized environments and apply collective agreement rules
Collaborate on large-scale implementations for 3000+ time rule environments
WFS Certifications (Time Attendance, Absence Management, Scheduling, Interface Building) required
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience with WFS configuration
Experience with 2+ large-scale WFS projects
Deep understanding of collective bargaining agreement rules
Passionate about cloud solutions and public sector projects
Duration: 3 Years
