Role Description:
The Windows Laptop Service Engineer Support Engineer will primarily be responsible for the overall design, maintenance and support of Windows 10 laptop solution that will be managed off the Windows Domain using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD in a hybrid environment leveraging Azure AD Connector between on-prem AD and AAD
• Experience maintaining an Azure AD environment for purposing of synchronizing identities with on-premise identity management
• Understands AD structures, Global Policies (GPOs), User permissions
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10
• Strong engineering skills in Windows server and desktop infrastructures
• Strong imaging and deployment skills

Required Skills:

• 12 + years of Overall Experience Needed
• Preferred Skills: MDM experience with Airwatch preferred
• Experience with Microsoft AutoPilot deployments
• Strong Experience with Powershell scripting on Windows 10
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD in a hybrid environment preferably leveraging Azure AD Connector between on-prem AD and AAD
• Understands AD structures, Global Policies (GPOs), User permissions
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10
• Strong engineering skills in Windows server and desktop infrastructures
• Strong imaging and deployment skills
• Strong skills in patch management using WSUS and like technologies
• Automation and maintenance using Enterprise Management tools. SCCM preferred
• Software Packaging and deployment.
