Scope of Work:
  • Knowledge of Administration Windows Servers (2012 & 2016)
  • Knowledge of Networking and Security (access controls, protocols, routing)
  • Specific Printing Knowledge - starting but not limited to
  • Configures and ensures proper functioning of Xerox MFDs (Multi-Functional Devices).
  • Ensure print queues are functioning after maintenance, patching, updates
  • Able to manage print queues (updating IPs, creating new ports, testing)
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Upgrade and replace software systems, firmware, and drivers
  • Experienced and capable of managing print queues; clearing, rebuilding, and resetting.
  • Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers
  • Administer and managing print management software - Kofax Equitrac
  • Able to troubleshoot communication between the print servers and Equitrac
  • Understanding of creating queues, embedded devices on Equitrac
  • Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers
  • Responsible for maintaining various documents required to remote into printer end points, servers, and other infrastructure that support enterprise level print services.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Scripting experience - PowerShell, C# or any other .net programming language
  • Document Standard Operation Procedures for all processes involved in the administration of the MFDs, Equitrac and XDM print servers.
  • Conduct Training for onsite Office Service contractors and full-time employee leads on processes of administrating the MFD, Equitrac, and XDM print servers.
