Role - Wintel L3 Administrator/ Engineer
Location - Mississauga, ON (Onsite role, strictly no remote)

Job Description:
Act as a single point of contact for the technical towers for the client. Ensure proper communication and quick
resolution as a crisis manager. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management. Drives day-to-day
operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status
reports to higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders. Take corrective actions base
d on the customer satisfaction surveys. Drive service improvement programs. One should be able to prepare a road map
for the competency/industry segment in form of competitive service offerings
Technical Skills
Extensive hands-on knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012 Servers,
Extensive hands-on knowledge on PowerShell Scripting
Experience in managing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or google
Working knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Citrix
Ability to implement AD infrastructure. Proficient in doing Recovery of AD Domain Controllers, DNS, WINS, DHCP
servers
In-Depth knowledge of Domain Controllers replication configurations
Good Exposure to Group Policies creation, their testing and implementation. In-Depth knowledge of DHCP servers
designing and planning
Hands-on experience of Failover Clustering
Advance Troubleshooting of OS related issues and Fine-tuning (patches, users, drives, registry settings, etc.)
Administration of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers.
Extensive Knowledge of File and Print servers.
Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.
Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID
Working knowledge on any of monitoring tools like IBM Tivoli suite, Site Scope, SolarWinds, HPOMi etc....
Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning
Should have worked with more than one patching (WSUS & SMS) & antivirus tools
Hardware Troubleshooting and Vendor Coordination
