Pay Range: $55.75 - $93.66 per hour

Summary:

The Workday HCM and Payroll Applications Lead is responsible for administering the Workday's suite of HCM and Payroll applications.

This role will be responsible for serving as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll and Absence System Administration, including the setup and configuration of HCM and Payroll business processes and report administration while collaborating with other Workday application analysts in a team environment. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the Rush system.

Responsibilities

Other information:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
5 years of Workday Payroll and HCM System Administration experience.
Workday Payroll Administration experience required, Payroll Administration certification preferred.
Demonstrable successful Workday ERP implementation project and optimization experience
Healthcare or higher education experience preferably with a healthcare provider system.
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and ongoing management of Workday Payroll and Absence system administration.
Mentor Workday technical analysts, providing guidance, and support.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
Subject matter expert who oversees the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll and Absence updates and enhancements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions that bring value to RUSH.
Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive and productive relationships.
Provide input to deliver training programs to stakeholders to maximize the use of Workday functionalities.
Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices to continuously improve HR and payroll processes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and ensure proper change control processes are followed.
