Job Description:
- 7+ Yrs of Experience in Performance Testing
- Proven experience in performance testing and analysis of web and API component
- Work independently and have experience in managing and working with offshore team.
- Have experience working and interacting directly with business partners and clients.
- Working experience with Python, Java, and shell script
- Familiarity with Load Test packages and technologies like Locust or Request library.
- Experience in working on open source performance testing tool
- Experience with memory management and multi-threaded development
- Experience in finding performance bottle necks at various server levels.
- Independent & self-motivated to drive the entire performance testing exercise
- Ability to build load clients to load test streaming functionalities
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and ability to articulate the issues in distributed
- Knowledge of Workday is a Plus.
