In this role, you will play a key role in delivering successful Workday deployments for our clients across all phases, from initial setup (Phase 1) to ongoing optimization and post-go-live support (AMS). You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and other consultants to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join our growing global team, based in the US. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering successful Workday deployments for our clients across all phases, from initial setup (Phase 1) to ongoing optimization and post-go-live support (AMS). You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and other consultants to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. This is a fantastic role to grow in line with a growing, global company.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of our customer focused consulting teams across Phase 1, Phase X/Optimization and AMS Workday deployments
- Lead and own the ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of multiple HCM functional areas for our customers
- Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops, guiding clients to optimal Workday solutions
- Identify creative solutions to problems through research and best practices
- Leverage your experience to train, support, and upskill junior team members
- Support with internal projects, & practice building to ensure our growth is successful.
Mandatory Experience:
- 3 years+ experience with configuring Workday HCM Functional areas, working within a consultancy environment (internal or external)
- Consolidated experience of configuration within at least two Workday modules, being certified in at least one
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with international customers.
Desired Experience:
- Workday Certification in Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Learning
- Experience of one end to end Workday Project
Necessary Skills:
- Fluent written and spoken English language
- Effective presentation skills to lead a call / workshops
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Consolidated consulting skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
