Job Title: Workers' Compensation Underwriter
Location: Summit, NJ (in-office)
Salary: $85,000-$95,000/year
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
2.) 3+ years of insurance underwriting experience, specifically in Workers' Compensation.
3.) Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)/Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certifications are preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience in insurance underwriting, specifically in Workers' Compensation.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)/Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certifications are preferred, but not required.
