Workface Planner

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will manage Linde's workface planning activities at project site
- You will align WFP Procedure with Contractor
- Also, you will lead the planning, development, tracking and reporting of IWPs required to execute the work
- Further, you ensure that the Workface Planners and key construction staff are adequately trained and experienced to implement the WFP responsibilities for their position
- You will Supervise and ensure the execution of IWPs complies with the agreed construction strategy
- Identify and propose improvement potentials in established AWP/WFP procedures and report them to Linde's AWP Manager
- Coordinate and expedite the sequential and timely turnover of CWPs from Linde to Contractors.
What makes you great
- You have Field supervisory experience as construction manager or trade superintendent
- You have in depth-experience in the practical application of Workface Planning in comparable size projects
- Also, you have excellent communication skills
- Further, you have ability to provide effective trainings
- Knowledge of use of computers and IT based workface planning systems
- Previous planning experience (preferred)
