Position Summary

This position is responsible for overall capture, trending, interpreting, reporting and administration of workforce surveys, as well as other key workforce data as needed.

Position Duties

  • Oversees the administration of the Phoenix Children's annual employee opinion survey, which includes working with vendors, HR and business leaders, and Marketing & Communications to ensure employee participation, accurate data capture/reporting, and follow up action planning.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of workshops to help business leaders understand and interpret workforce survey results.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership to conduct thorough analysis of workplace survey results. Partners with HR Leadership to ensure completion and follow-up of departmental action plans related to survey outcomes.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends strategic data needs that support business decisions related to maximizing the engagement of the organization's workforce.
  • Accesses, analyzes, interprets, and reports on workforce and organizational environment data to support and elevate workforce planning processes and talent strategies.
  • Partners with IT to develop dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate workforce analytics, and uses those tools to assist in making well-informed human resource decisions.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
