Job Description
We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to join our team in Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Develop, test, and maintain:
- MECM infrastructure to distribute services to workstations including (not limited to) Operating System deployment, Software packaging and distribution, Update management, compliance settings
- Active directory infrastructure including (not limited to) GPOs
- Manage workplace project independently and autonomous
- Maintain effective local documentation including standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies
- Work with other IT Team in a worldwide scope to implement new solutions and address business concerns
- Propose and implement new solution to support business growth, quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Expertise in MECM infrastructure (Including CAS) and management of the services
- Very good knowledge of Operating System deployment
- Very good knowledge of workstation Operating System (Windows 10, 11)
- Good knowledge of server Operating System (Server 2016, 2019, 2025)
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Technical knowledge of M365/Intune is a plus.
- Knowledge of Patch My PC is a plus.
- Education: Preferably Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related IT Course
- Experience: 5-8 years as MECM Engineer in a multi-cultural environment
