Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
Certifications: Basic Life Support
Must-Have: CWOCN or CWCN certification preferred

Job Description:
- Provide specialized wound and ostomy care to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on wound management and ostomy care techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.

Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program and have a strong commitment to patient care. A bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred.
