Job Information:
The Wraparound Case Manager would be providing support services to children, adolescents, and families with complex needs with experience working successfully as part of a multidisciplinary team. Efforts would require you to work with a team comprised of professionals, youth and family, and would take you to homes, schools, and other locations throughout the Pueblo area. While working with the Family Support Partners to engage the youth and family in the process and to help them identify and articulate their primary needs. Utilizing families' strengths and culture to help the family to visualize and imagine success, as well as setting short-term achievable goals, supporting them to meet these, and noting that celebrating success builds confidence.

Work Year: 175 Days, 151 Student Contact Days
Specialists must participate in New Teacher Orientation as a condition of employment
Salary Range: $64,653-$117,223 ($64,653-$79,673 for external candidates dependent on experience and education)
FLSA Classification: Exempt
