Your New Role...
A Writer Producer with solid creative, conceptual, editing, writing, and producing skills. Reports directly to the Creative Director of Marketing Audiovisual (AV). Edits and produces assets for tentpole campaigns for Original Programming and Brand with frequent guidance from senior staff and frequent management oversight; edits and produces assets for lower- or mid-level campaigns independently with regular management oversight. May be assigned a key role in lower- or mid-level campaigns under the guidance of senior team members. Works with production teams to capture behind-the-scenes material on set, with additional content capture responsibilities at events and shoots.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $72,254.00 - $134,186.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Your New Role...

Your Role Accountabilities
- Conceptualize, write, produce, and edit promotional assets for HBO and Max Programming and Brand
- Maintain creative vision and "look and feel" of campaigns from inception to release. Screen and research content.
- Develop concepts. Write scripts. Edit content. Direct voice-over talent.
- Supervise motion graphics production. Supervise video and audio finishing process.
- Act as a field producer on set and at events during content-capture phase of campaign.
- Manage deadlines.
- Responsible for administrative and logistical oversight of campaign assets.
- A member of the campaign team with regular campaign coordination responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience...
- Sound project management skills.
- Solid writing and producing skills.
- Strong edit capabilities (preferably Avid).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of production management, post-production, video, writing, and producing.
- Developing production crew management skills
- Developing talent interview skills
- 3-5 years experience in editing and producing video, preferably with experience in marketing
