Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. As a key member of the WW Retail Commercial Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our affordability programs. Help us create and deliver market-leading affordability programs that surpass customer expectations, encourage repeat purchases, and drive Retail's growth.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting business strategies to support WW affordability programs across both Online and Stores, using customer insights to identify and develop both short-term and long-term program opportunities and improvements. You will simplify complex challenges, work effectively within a matrixed organization, and use your analytical expertise to deliver actionable recommendations to Leadership that drive growth.
-Identify new business opportunities by looking beyond day-to-day tasks, cultivating strategic priorities, and assessing growth potential.
-Develop multiyear plans to ensure long-term program success.
-Lead cross-functional teams across Online and Stores to successfully implement critical program initiatives.
-Drive program performance improvement through data analysis and close collaboration with Business and Finance teams.
-Engage with key partners and cross-functional partners to prioritize and deliver business initiatives within tight timelines.
