X-RAY SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

Nikon Metrology is seeking an X-Ray Senior Marketing Manager responsible for overall marketing efforts. Ideates and launches marketing promotions by assisting local and global efforts appropriate for each national regional culture including inside sales support.

Office located in Maple Grove Minnesota

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Will include, but not limited to the following:

• Marketing strategy development & deployment
• Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials
• Curate engaging and industry relevant keynote speeches and panel sessions for our industry thought leaders
• Develop marketing assets, print, digital and video
• Organize and maintain all marketing assets
• Coordinate all 3rd party marketing vendors
• Website development through 3rd party vendors and directly through website tools
• Social media updates content development & distribution
• SEO improvement initiatives
• Manage events on the ground and work from a strategic perspective
• Develop and maintain marketing budget
• Lead event planning & open house activities
• Inside sales support for capital equipment and inspection services
• Develop graphic art for manufactured systems from concept to production
• Other duties as assigned

ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and execution of marketing plans, creation or coordination of marketing assets and inside sales support.
• Ability to effectively and proactively communicate with employees, customers and members of management in a professional manner.
• Analyze factors or causes contributing to problems and offer solutions that create a proactive approach for future marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Command of common social media networks and their best practices.
• Strong understanding of X-ray systems and X-ray Inspection services and how they are used within manufacturing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Extensive knowledge and subject matter expert with digital x-ray imaging and computed tomography technology
• Strong computer skills.
• Self-motivated and well organized.

Certificates, License, Registrations:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication or Business Administration
• A two-year technical degree or equivalent in Marketing or equivalent
• 10 years' marketing-related experience in the X-ray field

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Microsoft Office applications skills for (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Adobe Suite required skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Working knowledge of web analytics HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility to travel internally and globally to regions up to 30% of the time
