Description:
As a Yacht Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our sales team, specializing in advising and guiding clients in the selection and purchase of luxury yachts. Your role will be crucial in driving sales through expert knowledge, personalized service, and a deep understanding of each client's unique yachting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Expertise: Drive yacht sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and
presenting suitable yachting solutions.
2.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
throughout the sales process.
3.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest yacht models, features, and market trends to
provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
4.Customization Consultation: Assist clients in selecting and customizing yachts to suit their preferences
and lifestyle.
5.Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and
profitability for the dealership.
6.After-Sales Service: Provide follow-up services, including coordinating with other departments for
maintenance, customization, and after-sales care.
7.Networking and Events: Participate in industry events, boat shows, and networking activities to generate leads and enhance the dealership's brand presence.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods, maritime, or yachting industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of yachts, including technical specifications and customization options.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
