About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Corporate Talent Pipeline to lead our efforts in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. This role is crucial in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring the growth and development of our internal talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
This role reports directly into the Head of Talent Pipeline and Onboarding and is based in New York City.

External Pipeline:
Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies to scale hiring efforts and attract top talentIn partnership with the GD Strategic Pipeline, build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, professional associations, and recruitment agencies.Train and support hiring managers in best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.Monitor and drive key recruitment metrics (qualitative and quantitative)
Internal Pipeline:
In partnership with HRBPs, lead all divisional and corporate talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees. (This is inclusive of understanding the needs of the business/leadership teams, strategizing new concepts and building new content as needed)Lead talent check ins with leaders/leadership team, driving commitment and providing accountability to drive development actionsAct as the Champion of Internal Mobility by partnering with GD Talent Operations to animate internal talent pools, connecting talents with internal mobility, global mobility, stretch, and mission-based opportunitiesCollaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and align internal mobility efforts with business goals.Partner with SGD Talent Pipeline on any career programming needs (themes pulled from insights from talent reviews to enhance portfolio)Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal talent initiatives and make recommendations for ongoing enhancements.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000-$160,000K. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
