Job Overview
The Director of the AI Innovation Lab at T-Mobile is instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. This role is crucial for enhancing T-Mobile's technological capabilities, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of the telecom industry. Base Pay Range: $212,800 - $287,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.

- Monitors industry trends and technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in the telecom industry
- Ensures the AI projects adhere to budget, timeframes, and company standards, mitigating risks and overseeing quality control
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Computer Science or Data Science (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Leading AI projects and initiatives in a corporate setting Required
- 10+ years Managing a team of AI professionals and technical experts Required
- 4-7 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with business processes Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership Ability to lead a team of AI experts and manage innovative projects effectively. (Required)
- Strategic Thinking Capability to develop long-term strategies that align with T-Mobile's business goals. (Required)
