What You'll Do

As our Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing, you'll be the force behind new customer growth for T-Mobile's Consumer Fixed Wireless portfolio. You'll:
  • Own the acquisition strategy across postpaid and prepaid broadband segments, including promotional planning, pricing strategy, segment targeting, and channel optimization.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning aligned to daring customer growth targets, optimizing for customer load mix and Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC).
  • Partner closely with finance, operations, integrated marketing, product, and analytics teams to create compelling and differentiated value propositions that drive customer conversion.
  • Analyze business performance and market dynamics to see opportunities, respond to competitive threats, and drive accelerated growth-both nationally and in hyper-local markets.
  • Create, run, and refine promotional offer portfolios based on performance data, competitive intel, and evolving customer needs.
  • Champion innovation, collaboration, and results-driven marketing by coaching a high-performing team with a growth mindset.

The Experience You'll Bring

We're looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker with a bold, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial functions (e.g., Pricing, FP&A, Portfolio Management, Analytics, Corporate Strategy).
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing acquisition teams.
  • Deep expertise in Residential Broadband (FWA, Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.) with shown success scaling multi-billion-dollar portfolios.
  • Full P&L ownership experience, with a strong financial acumen and comfort in presenting to the C-suite regularly.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset; able to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills-written, verbal, and executive-level presentation.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration, vision, and strategic execution.

Who You Are

You're not just experienced - you're inspirational. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving big problems, and bring an ownership mentality to everything you do. You're as comfortable in a war room as you are coaching a team member on their next big move.

You're a:

  • Innovator who moves fast, thinks differently, and dares to challenge the industry norms.
  • Leader and coach who develops people while delivering results.
