Our challenge
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven React Developer with expertise in front-end development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and scalable UI architectures. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of professional experience in developing dynamic, high-performance web applications, with a deep understanding of React.js, state management, and component-based architecture. They should excel in translating complex business requirements into efficient, user-friendly interfaces while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and seamless user experiences.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Sunrise, FL is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintainscalable web applications using React.js and related technologies.
- Design and implement reusable componentswhile following modern front-end architecture principles.
- Collaboratewith designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performanceby leveraging best practices such as lazy loading, memoization, and efficient state management.
- Integrate APIsand third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable codeusing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Stay up-to-datewith emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior developersand participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards.
You are:
- 10+ yearsof experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and NodeJS
- Strong understanding of state management libraries(Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors(SASS, LESS, or Styled Components).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques(lazy loading, React.memo, code splitting).
- Experience with testing frameworkssuch as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
