This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, obtaining governmental approvals and permits and PO management.Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects in a fast paced environment. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a fast learner.
