Commissioning Operations & BD - HVAC\/PE

Our client is currently seeking a Commissioning Operations & BD - HVAC/PE Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with a Professional Engineering (PE) license highly desirable. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Must hold a commissioning certification from BCxA, AEE, ASHRAE, ACG, NEBB, or an equivalent organization.Skills & Abilities:Experience: Minimumof 10 years commissioning commercial (non-residential) HVAC systems.Business Development: Managing new projects/clientinterface/seller/doerLeadership: Provenability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage regional operations,oversee financial management and forecasting, and achieve businessobjectives.Regional Market Familiarity: Strong understanding of the local market,and able to leverage existing client relationships for businessdevelopment opportunities.Contract Expertise: Experience in contract review, negotiation,and compliance.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engageclients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
