Essential Functions of the position are as follows: Calculating and processing production consumption and output Analyze warehouse movements and data Assist production personnel Assist with Housekeeping duties Insure proper implementation of HACCP Programs, GMP?s, SSOPs, Kosher, Organic and other FDA requirements Evaluate need for new equipment or personnel Maintain production records Report food safety issues promptly to Plant Manager Marginal Functions of the Position:Observe all R.L. Schreiber, Inc. Safety Policies.Maintain a clean and organized warehouseWork Experience: Minimum three (3) years warehousing experience Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Certified Forklift Operator Able to lift up to 60 pounds Able to work with airborne dust, ingredient particles, and strong aromas Strong analytical and problemsolving skills MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency. Excellent communication and team player skillsRole and Responsibilities Remove Product with forklift, pallet jack, or by hand Verify Product is received in acceptable condition Verify piece count against bill of landing Assist with quarterly inventory counts Report food safety issues to Supervisor, QA Personnel or Plant Manager Follow all SQF, and FDA regulationsEducation RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentStrong communication skills in English both orally and written
