A Day in the Life:As the Director Sales and Palm Specialty, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans for palm and specialty oils, achieving revenue and market share growth while building strong customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.What You'll Be Doing:Make decisions aligned to Bunge?s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge?s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.Develop and implement sales strategiesLead and manage sales teamBuild and maintain customer relationshipsIdentify new business opportunitiesMarket analysis and competitve intelligenceNegotiate and close dealsSales forecasting and reportingSkills/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing.
