This role is not available for sponsorship including I-983 participation. We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader responsible for maintaining and growing Pharmavite business at Albertsons. To accelerate our rapidly growing business, we are looking for a Sales leader responsible for revenue in excess of $75 million, through developing and executing sales objectives and identifying new business opportunities with existing accounts. This individual will translate customer priorities, develop account strategies and tactical sales plans with a cross-functional team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Looks to maintain and expand plans to drive sales, distribution, profitability and share goals for the Albertsons business.Responsibility includes all Pharmavite brands including major focus on Nature MadeDevelops objectives and forecasts to expand business opportunities on an annual basis and communicates adjustments where needed on a continuous basis.Prepares and executes a business plan and GTM strategy to gain distribution of all lines in designated within Albertsons.Gathers and communicates product and market intelligence to sales and marketing management.Effectively communicates with Corporate Headquarters for support and approval of plan and programs.Develops and maintains relationships with Albertsons category management team up to and including GM levels.Effectively manages relationships with all Albertsons Divisions to ensure all corporate programs are implemented.Ability to negotiate annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) including trade funding accrual and additional account specific marketing funding.Responsible for collaborating across departments with Customer Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Marketing and Demand Planning business partners to deliver optimal results.Leads and manages one Sr Key Account Manager to successfully execute the business plan in all Albertsons divisions.Ensures compliance with Pharmavite Corporation's policies and procedures, including timely employee reviews, expense report submissions, sales updates, and meeting documentation.Stays within all budget limits including but not limited to travel, entertainment, co-op, promo allowances, key account funds, and business development funds.Performs other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience:Requires a four-year college or university degree or its equivalent.Requires a minimum of five (5) years field sales experience with emphasis in Health Beauty Aids category or management of national accounts within consumer-packaged goods industryRequires a minimum of five (5) years leading and managing teams.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESRequirements:Comprehensive knowledge and skills in drug, food and mass merchandising channels, budgeting process and business planning.Excellent communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent financial skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Preferred location is Boise, Idaho.Minimum requirement is to live within 2 hour flight of Boise Idaho area, near customer headquarters.Ability to carry sample cases and presentations to customer sites (approximately 5 - 20 lbs.). National Target Base Pay Range: $135,000 - $235,000 The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $150,000 - $262,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
