Description:

* Conduct inventory of company technical training content

* Perform needs-analysis, interfacing with Trainers, SMEs, and departments: Service Center (priority), Direct Client Services, Channel Partners, Implementations, and Direct Client Sales departments

* Update existing and create new eLearning content using Articulate 360: Storyline

* Update existing and create new Instructor Led Training, including Facilitator Guides

* Recommend and build any additional modes of delivery as part of a blended approach

* Develop assessments and evaluation mechanism

* Conduct Train-the-Trainer

* Turnover to LMS Admin and Trainers

* Additional related activities such as content storage in Litmos LMS and Sharepoint, and set up of technical pathways in LMS

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years' experience in end-to-end instructional design, developing technical content

* 3+ years creating eLearning and instructor-led (virtual and face-to-face) for technical training

o Experience creating software/system technical trainings

* Proven knowledge of adult learning theories, Instructional Design theory, iterative development processes, and evaluation methods

* Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere

* Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy

* Articulate 360: Storyline, Rise -- advanced skills are required

* Adobe Captivate

* Camtasia
